Shiping Policy

Thank you for choosing PupWeddingDec. This shipping policy outlines the details of our delivery services, including shipping scope, timeframes, costs, and related regulations to ensure you have a clear understanding of the entire shipping.

Order Processing Time:

-After you place an order, we will process it within [2-4] business days. Orders placed after [5:00 PM] (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

 

Estimated Transit Times(NOT INCLUDE Holiday Periods):

USA,CA, AUS, UK: 7-12 working days
Europe: 8-13 working days
Rest of world: 10-15 working days

 

Shipping Cost:

We offer FREE global shipping on product under 1kg.
For orders over 1kg in the USA, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
For orders over 1kg in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $15 flat rate shipping.

 

Shipment Tracking and Exception Handling:

- After your order is shipped, we will automatically send an email containing the tracking number to your registered email address. You can also view the tracking information in "My Account - Order Details" on our website, or copy the tracking number to the official website of the corresponding logistics company to check the real-time shipping progress.
- If the shipment shows "Out for Delivery" but has not been delivered within 3 days, or there is no update for more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service immediately (Email: [Your Email Address]). We will assist in verifying the situation or initiate a reshipment/refund within 24 hours.

 

Important to Note:

• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change

• We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
